Ch.23 – Selecting a Process

Chapter 01 of this Guide, DR Processes introduced the well-established forms of ADR.  Chapter 23 now explores those basic forms by comparing them to one another in order to aid in the selection of the appropriate process.  The fundamental measure of these processes is the degree of control the parties are willing to give the neutral.  Understanding how these processes compare helps a party select a method that is appropriate.
